"This agent cannot be trusted. I was required by my mortgage company to get flood insurance. So my sales agent referred me to Brandon. He was eager to write the flood policy. However, I told Brandon from the beginning that I would be canceling the policy when FEMA changed the flood maps. I received a letter from my mortgage company in the middle of July that I no longer needed flood insurance. I immediately contacted Brandon’s office. After half a dozen calls to his office and 3 to FEMA, his office finally processed the form to have it cancelled. If I had not been persistent and called State Farm corporate, I don’t know that he would have cancelled it."
